The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has urged eligible voters who participated during the first and second phases of the Continuous Voters Registration exercise in Enugu State and have yet to collect their permanent voters card to do so, lamenting that about 139,342 permanent voters cards are uncollected in Enugu.
