Enugu Lawmakers Pledge More Partnership with the Executive

The members of the Enugu State House of Assembly have pledged to work more closely with the state’s executive arm to fast-track development and political stability in the state.

This declaration was made by the speaker of the state’s House of Assembly, Mr. Edward Ubosi. He said that they will work more closely with the state government on policies that address unemployment and youth-related matters. 


He advised youths to be guided by positive thoughts and embrace skill acquisition programmes to improve their lives. He commended the state government for its economic programmes for the youths and charged the youths to embrace such opportunities to advance their productivity. 

Urging Governor Ugwuanyi to remain committed to the goal of executing developmental projects in the state, the speaker disclosed that the State House of Assembly will continue to enact laws that deepen democracy and good governance in the state.
